Randy, In a perfect world things like this would not happen. Unfortunatly dive training has gone way down hill, From basic instruction (used to be 12 weeks/classes with 6 dives not in a quarry) to Technical training. logicaly the level of instructor traing has fallen also. The evaluation form will not work because the students/ new instructors do not want to give up that card they got so easily. Plus while I am NOT an instructor myself, I have NEVER heard of an instructor being "sacked" it just won't happen in this now $$$$ driven industry. But to be fair, there are some instructors who do it right (like you did) and there is some hope for future divers .
