Christopher, Every panel meter has some degree of minor error. I think OMS uses a meter with a +/- 0.1% error and all others that I am aware of have a +/- 0.5% error. Do the math, not much difference. The most commonly used panel meter for home built O2 meters is the PM 128 (+/- 0.5% error). Another panel meter that is used for home building is the DVB3500B and I believe it has a +/- 0.1% error rate. Digi-Key also makes some really nice, compact digital panel meters ... they are about 1/3 the size of the typical meter. I think they run a +/- 0.2% error. The sensors also have error, the norm is within1% of full scale at constant temp and pressure for most sensors. Hope that helps.
