Compared to neoprene you sure do. On 450 vs. 350 I can't say.

If you have your suit sized ideally for 400g thinsulate then you will bind
up if you add other materials. So if you intend to dive cold make sure it is
sized large enough to handle thick insulation.

Depends on how much time you spend sitting on your ass.

Trilaminate material does not stretch. If you need flexibility I would not
get it too tight if I were you. I would think that the "cavers cut" is
designed for high speed, low drag. Wreckers need more flexibility, IMHO.

On my 450 the valves, both inflation and exhaust, are top notch.

I'm not a caver but I suppose that the large zipped pockets represent a
certain amount of drag. If you don't need 2 very large pockets then don't
get them.
