My thanks to all who have shared their ideas and solutions to what I now 
know is a universal problem!  I was starting to think it was just my Irish 
bladder :).  I'm going to make inquiries about the dump valves and also 
experiment with the Depends route.  BTW, the external male catheter that I 
tried this weekend is called a "Freedom Cath."  It is self adhesive and 
man does it stick! (I leave that scene to your fertile imaginations.)
