     I think the overboard dump is the best option.  Most of the cavers 
     around here that wear dry suits and do longer dives have adopted this 
     approach.  I've seen all of the options that you list used.  On the 
     longer dives, both the collection bag and the "depends" have over 
     flowed.  The overboard dump consists of an external catheter, flexible 
     tubing (non-kinking) and an outlet (with or without valve).  I have 
     heard of an external catheter for women.
