Jim,

Most use diapers (Adult size) as the catheters have problems and, of
course, won't work for the female.  The so called "Texas" catheter is
external and can be connected to a bag.  However, it works best if you're
well endowed and certainly won't work well for a wimp like me.  The tape
can hurt on the suit fitted type and this is another source of leaks (if
you'll pardon the pun).

I've spent an hour plus on the line with just air inflation in 53 degree
water without  a diaper etc.  Just don't use a lot of coffee, cola etc.
before the dive and don't drink until your back on the boat.  Because
you're warmer you won't have near the same urge to go.
