The easiest thing is to do what I do: hold it. If you use an argon inflated drysuit you stay warm and have to go less often; I have done 2.5+ hr cold water dives this way. If this doesn't work for you, my buddy uses the adult diapers which you described. He tells me that you should practice with these before getting in the water. Apparently they can hold a reasonable volume of fluid but can't absorb it very quickly, so you have to control yourself. If you just let it rip, you'll be diving wet. John
