I too use the dry suite hose when I am diving that type of exposure
protection.  When I am in my wet suit, I use the inflator hose.  DIR method
of inflation is to hold the bag and spool in one hand.  To inflate, start
the bag with two hands and then with the little button on the Halcyon bag,
you will find you can inflate the device with one hand.  You start the
inflation at around 70 fsw, wait for a good tug on the bag and then release.
Always check the bag by pulling on the spool line.  The check ensures that
the bag is properly inflated and will not descend from the surface.

Why is the list so quite lately ?
It seams that bad wheather , winds and waves are a global
effect latetly so nobody is diving eee !!!
I purchased a Halcyon Supra closed Lift-bag lately. Which hose
do i disconect to inflate it ? wing or dry suit ? I preferre Drysuit
since
is longer and i can keep the bag and reel away from me where ican see it

plus i can disconnect the hose and connect back on my suit valve with
one hand.
Whats the DIR approach ?
Remember i always dive in ocean ( well meditarenean sea )
