Subject: Re: Right Side Waist D-Ring.

Eric,

The right side has to remain clean for long hose deployment. In an
OOA situation, your buddy will yank the reg out of your mouth. The hose
cannot snag on anything. That's why there is no d-ring. You cannot see
the d-ring between the backplate and the canister, so if there is a nag,
you won't be able to see it to sort it out.

Have you considered carring your reels on your butt ring???

You really want the donation of your long hose to go smoothly.
