If you use 300 bar valves, to, these are a good deal sturdy, better
impact resistance, the material thickness at the threads is greater, so
if the bottle tops over without reg, less damage  from out of shape (
oval ) threads
A 300 bar manifold screw will not offer much in a 200 bar valve.
