Dear Tom,
300 bar is preferrable.
More threads in contact when reg placed.
More threads in contact when filling, ie 8 cf 5.
Some filling whips have a longer non-threaded part, which further =
reduces the amount of threads, and this is especially relevant with 200 =
bar.
I have changed everyhting over to 300 bar, except one deco bottle, which =
does not get filled to over 220 bar.
All of out hi volume , low pressure tanks only get filled to 220 to 230 =
bar.
We feel safer with the "deep" din, and it is neater.
Most people when the go to DIN, never go back to yolk, hence din/K is =
really a waste of time.
This was covered earlier this week , I think.
Jeff the Darwinian.

I have read previous posts on manifold preferences. I would like to =
know preferences for 300 vs 200 Bar manifolds. All would use DIN for =
backgas but since the seal is really from the O-ring does it really make =
a reliability difference?
