G, I am a little bit unclear on a couple of points. Can you clarify some more for me? If the bungee is securing the end of the bottle that's near the d-ring (that's the end with the valve on it, right?), what keeps the other end of the bottle from moving and tilting? 2. Does the valve face towards or away from you so that the knob sticks out where you can easily operate it? 3. What is your opinion of those valves with the knob on top? 4.
