On the nose.

The good "doctor" is a zit on the ass of knowledge and logical thought, and
a "Black" eye to the medical profession.

George isn't the most smooth or polite dude on the net, but he never claimed
to be.

At least nothing I ever read indicated anything but a desire to stop
recovering stiffs and cut the bullshit.
