Get a few tube of KY jelly (or the generic equivalent ) at the nearest WalMart.

Before donning, squirt about an inch into each latex seal and rub it around.

Your hand will slide right through and you can lose all the dusty 
stuff.  Others will make fun of you at first but soon they will be 
asking to borrow yours.  Tha't's why you have extra.
