If he lived in a trailer and had his pump inside the damn thing maybe
it should have burned to the ground. That is why the damn things have
wheels so you can move them away from the hazardous areas. I can't belive
we have to point out everything, this is really not that hard. Darwin
truly attempts to show himself in many ways.
I pump Ar through mine all the time, I also pump He, O2, and banked
trimix and nitrox, and I have never caught on fire! Of course I also empty
the lines before changing gases. I would bet that "smokey" was also
smoking a cigarette when his "palace" went up, am I right?
I have heard several times that Sheck used to breath Argox to help
develop his "tolerance" for narcosis: If this is in deed the case, and Ar
is to blame as you say above, then why didn't Sheck either blow himself up
while mixing, or spontaneously combust when he breathed the stuff?
Just here to point out the obvious and question why,
