As a case in point, let us all remember that even the most extravagant undertakings in history, let's take going to the moon as a perfect example, are centered around the lowest bidder. Need anything more be said? If you were looking at competing decompression strategies for any project, this would be the first item of interest to the shareholders. The very basic lesson in economics is over, you simpletons who promote this myth that WKPP has infinite resources should stay in bed, or get yourself some coffee. Why else does the WKPP create organizations like extreme exposure, and halcyon, and guess but to fund their exploration. This is what they say, right? So, costs matter, and are likely to be fundamental drivers of their decompression strategy, and that, dear friends is just reality.
