The only person I know who uses Poseidon showerheads had one freeflow on a deep dive and caused him to have to use another divers long hose (a ScubaPro). No, Scubapro mk20 and G250 appears to be the reg of choice among everybody I know except the fellow above. Nobody uses a FFM that I know of. Rather difficult to change to your deco mix without using a deadly gas switch block. And the C02 buildup is problematic with FFMs at depth.
