You hit the nail on the head, I know one instructor over hear that has had
numerous serious incidents while diving the Inspiration, all diver error.
Even after all these 'wake up calls' a certification agency still allowed
him to become an Instructor for the unit.

For us it appears that our state government wants to limit all rebreather
diving to a maximum depth of 12m. Due to one death and one incident with
rebreathers, now we all have to suffer because of the actions of a few
parasites.
