Phi, look what is dived ! A rebreather that has a sales rate close to zero and of wich the sold units are mostly 'used' as dust catchers can easy have a low total number of accidents. The safest rebreather is the one with the lowest bodycount per dive, NOT simply the one with the lowest total number of fatalities. So: what dive counts were reached by other rebreathers in thier first 3 years ? When You ask me about the quality of training I have to send you back to those agencies where the dead received thier training.
