Noticed that Chris has an FPO address.  When you add the vagaries of the
military postal system to USPS you increase the potential for problems
exponentially.  Their reliability is poor.  Some mail arrives in a week.
Other stuff, especially packages, sent at the same time may take months.
Even when its sent with insurance or certified, they refuse to send a tracer
until at least 60 days has elapsed. Suggest that Chris obtain the postal
insurance number from John, and in a month or two he can file a claim.
