Dumb, dumber, dumbest.  Why worry about how to carry the 
cannister?  Just get a jacket with a pocket big enough 
to stuff the cannister inside.  Then you'll need a way 
to carry weight on the other side to balance the light.  
Then you'll need a retractor for the light head.  
Then ... - you get the picture.
