In view of your statement below, would you care
to enlighten the list by sharing the details
regarding the IANTD Instructor who expired this
past weekend in Italy North of Trieste?

I for one am interested in specifically what
mistakes contributed to the incident and whether
or not such was consistent with your version of
"Doing It Correctly," if I may use your
paraphrase.
