Actually, more undergarments = more air, fundamentally, so more bouyancy. Maybe no exactly 1:1, but all the same. What works on long dives is relatively cold water for me is 400g + thin capilene, which will work w/ 104's, cannister light, and no v-weight, or 95's and a small v-weight. Pretty standard, actually.
