Manos, You got the point, you just didn't realize it. 6m is the depth that you = do your deco, so that is where you need to be neutral so that you can stay = at that depth to complete your deco obligation. For staying warm, the = answer is undergarments not more air in the suit. More air is just more cold air around you. What keeps you warm is the undergarments.
