I have recently begun running bottom times that require increasing time
at 6m on O2 (profiles calculated using Decoplanner).  I would like some
feedback on back gas breaks, i.e. suggestions on when to take them and
for how long.  
 
Here is what I am currently doing:
 
Format:
Total time required at 6m by Decoplan: initial time on 02, 1st break,
2nd O2 period, 2nd break, etc 
 
30min: 15, 5, 10
35min: 15, 5, 15
40min: 15, 5, 20
45min: 20, 5, 20
50min: 15, 5, 15, 5, 10
 
Are these sufficient O2 breaks or should I be putting in more ?  As the
balance of my recreational time is spent cycling, I am particularly
focused on maintaining post dive vital capacity.
