Macmaster-Carr (big US industrial supply catalog) has them, and last time I
was a at Diverite they had zillions of ones (I think a discontinued model
but they work fine) for $1 or so each at their bargain/left over shelf. You
got to dig around a bit to get a matching set, and I doubt they'll want to
ship for that price, but you if you know anyone in the Lake City area they
might be able stop in and grab you a set it's the best deal you'l find.
