I might as well add my $0.02 worth...
Before I bought my PST 104's, I called OMS and asked them who made their
tanks and was told "Faber". I then asked if they did anything to the tanks
before they shipped them out and was told "nothing, we just add the valve
and boot"
For what its worth,
-Greg

The OMS tanks are hot dip galvanized. Fabers are powder coated (I think....)
and the coating seems to be very durable. I have been abusing mine for
better than 6 months now, and I am still no through the primer coat.
