Cobb lives in Virginia Beach, which is the mid eastern USA. He is in the area where the gulf stream runs out from along the coast, which means unpredictable seas, and generally warmer waters, compared to true northeast, like off New Jersey or Brooklyn, where the gulf stream is further offshore. Still is cold tho. Went on a liveabord excursion off Virgina beach last summer and I wore a 7mm wet suit, cause it was cold in the summer. Off jersey its drysuit year round, unless your nuts, or shallow in the summer < shallow=30fsw> Still nothing like Denmark tho.
