I would think that the elasticity and stiffness would determine the
damping, if all that was changed in the unit was the bladder.

Do you know the time-frame with which this batch of regs (with the
oscillating bladders) was sold?  I got my Odin 3-4 years ago, and
I have the problem.  Now after your post, I really wonder if it's
been solved or not.
