Otherwise low blood glucose levels are associated with tox, but
paradoxicly the best way to lower them is hypoglycemicly. On a very long
deco dive, we do use sugar or just eat past a certain point in time, but
it has to be maintained once started. Exley used to use the liquid
popsicles. We use gatorade with other things added in and meal
replacement bars which can be eaten underater. In the troughs , anything
can be done.
