Dr Black, I very rarely respond to this list, believing that I have little if anything to offer. IOW I believe I know my place and I listen and I learn and I sit down and I shut up. I am responding this time because I believe that your submissions to this list are as futile as mine would be if I shot off my big mouth as often as you do. My father was a Specialist in General Surgery, my mother an Anaesthesiologist (so spelled in those days).
