List, One thing to note is that reading further down the page shown, there is actual case histories of divers that had the procedure done without knowing that it was a reason for disqualification. After being examined for their fitness to dive, all were allowed back in the water by the Navy. On the other hand, my father is a retired Optometrist with over 40 years in practice. I haven't heard his opinions on the Laser surgery for vision correction only for glaucoma which he is a beleiver in.
