It just keeps on getting worse doesn't it?

Remember the days of "from Novice Diver to Instructor in six weeks" (or
so, can't remember).

Sheeesh, they can't even write proper American. :-&

What price on lives? 3,780 US$? What price a maimed, to be rehabilitated
diver, a price likely to be much more so than a dead one?

I repeat: WHAT PRICE ON LIVES?

Having said that its not really the fault of the gullible who fall for
these marketing ploys. Which they are. Rather its the fault of their
perpetrators and THEY are the ones who have to be hammered, as George
would say.

So. Does anyone have any clear idea of what we can do to HAMMER? Sorry,
I don't, certainly not from far distant Oz, but HAMMER we should.

Well, maybe we could all pledge to send individual messages,
individually expressed in the strongest terms, to NAUI and IANTD with
cc's to the Scuba Publications? An idea and maybe not a good one.
