FWIW, my Scubapro power inflator, which seems to be functioning properly,
will NOT readily admit use as a "third regulator."  When both its inflate
and deflate buttons are simultaneously pressed, cylinder air flows both
into the BC and out of the oral inflation mouthpiece.  Maybe other power
inflators are similarly designed?
