Billy Deans, Joel Silverstein, myself and many other East Coast wreck divers. Personally I use a figure eight configuration on the bungees providing storage for 2 25-50lbs bags. The bags rest neatly under the wing, next to the body, eliminating chance of entanglement and keeping them out of the slipstream.
