Rick,

         I don't have a lot of details but the incident involved the mate.  
Following the tie-out, his second dive of the day, he had some numbness and 
tingling.  All symptoms resolved via O2 therapy before his arrival at Duke 
University's hyperbaric facilities.  They ran him through a treatment, held 
him over night for observation and released him the next day.
