Mike -

Shows you the problem with ANDI. My suggestion is never, ever, ever again 
listen to the people who are feeding you the BS about AL tanks and high 
O2 gasses. (Rule #1)  AL tanks are fine -- zero problems -- with pure O2. 
The oxidation of aluminum cylinders -- unlike steels -- is self-limiting. 
 Luxfer tanks are O2 clean from the factory; most tank valves are 
likewise clean. Just put them together with a viton neck o-ring, an 
oxygen compatible thread lube and go diving.  As far as trim is 
concerned, use AL40s instead of 80s as sling bottles; they're more than 
enough for most ocean dives.
