 Another company is Sub-Aqua products (+44 1703-612144) Why not try a 
decent precision engineering company as most of the fittings are 
reasonably standard and it could work out much cheaper that way.
Just make sure you get a longish whip(the connecting hose), so you 
can fill cylinders without having to move them round the garage too 
much - it saves a lot of effort if there are a few sets to fill, and 
mark every cylinder with what you've just put in it whilst it is 
still attatched to the whip, in order to avoid potential mix-ups
