I've used the weezle extreme for almost a year now in our waters 
(4-11degC), with no problems. Although they look bulky, they compress 
easily and then fill-out again to the available space in your 
drysuit. I found it easier to reach back to my manifold with the 
weezle than before. They do work best with nothing on underneath, as 
they tell you.
The problem with lighter underwear, is what happens if you get a 
major suit flood in winter and have a reasonable deco obligation.
