I thought I might add here:

There are two ways of doing this:  One is to clip the light head off on the 
right shoulder, and never allowing it to cross the long hose (assuming it 
isn't looped around it already, and the other is to pass the light head 
under the long hose on your chest and clip it off on the left shoulder.

I prefer the left shoulder because you may have your long hose clipped off 
on the right, and you don't want to clutter that up incase you need to 
deploy it.

Also, even if you do cross the long hose, the person will still get a good 
3 ft of it anyway, and you can sort out the tangle after the person has 
gotten a breath or two.
