I didn't say it was a great idea, I said it was a risk I took. I can take all the risks with my life as long as 'm willing to accept the consquences. I refuse to take risks with other people's lives. If you find that to be a worthless opinion, I couldn't care less. What I said had absolutely nothing to do with you, get over yourself. Did I say you were wrong or even mention you? No, I stated how I would respond so that no matter the result I could sleep through the night and look at myself in the mirror in the morning. If you do it differently and are satisfied with your decision regardless the outcome, more power to you. For me it's an ethical consideration, not a legal one. It's like if someone is choking, I'll use the Heimlich and not a tracheometry. It may not be as effective, but it's what I'm competent to do. Or what about an appedicitis?
