Relevance of 1st stage to ability to cover exhaust T
escapes me.

As for covering exhaust T & purging (@ < than full
blast) - R U extending the neck & pinching the
nostrils as well, or just circulating that blast of O2
out the nostrils.  If doing so while maintaining full
contact w/ the victim, then your dexterity is
phenomenol.
Plz explain wh/ fingers R doing what exactly as I
would like to try the technique
