JJ, for once I have no idea what I am talking about, and am afraid to even comment, other than to suggest avoidance of any overall decision here. You know how we get this back in "out of context" form. I want to see all of our guys in good shape, I want to see them take whatever measures get them there but I have huge holes in my knowledge of the subject. I am learning some things on fitness, but by experiment. The eating still has me in the "no comment" mode. On endicrinology, I can talk. On nutrition, forget it. Right now after working out up to seven hours per day , and now doing nothing, I can't sit still. My system is jacked, and I feel like I could dunk a basketball with my dive gear on. Still sleeping really well, and eating lightly. I'll find out Saturday Having a real problem driving the car, however.
