And Richard is a meat guy. This is not the point, the point is that one
can stay fit too a very old age, and should. The time trial was a week
ago - 5 and 10 K.

I'll be point blank with you guys. This is not part of the WKPP, and
never will be. I am getting real sick of dealing with it, and since none
of you are doctors, I really do not want to hear any of it. I do not
have the answers on this and neither does anyone else on our team.

As in everything else, a litle BALANCE makes a lot more sense. Volker is
way out one way, the veg guys other. Terry Giles is in a sport that
allows drugs - that changes everything. In my opinion, none of them is
correct, and the fact is it makes no difference. If you want to lose a
lot of weight fast, JJ has the way, If you want to gain it, Volker's way
works. If you want to be a propfessional powerlifter, see Terry.

If you want my results, balance is the key, and excellent genetics. My
brother who smokes , does not work out, and eats whatever he finds near
him looks like me only taller and played all the same sports with ease,
and if he had not wrapped his Porche around a phone pole at 100 mph, he
still would be playing sports, and he still looks like he does.

So what are we going to do about that? Work out and if you have any
imbalances, see a doctor, or go get checked by one and then see what he
says.

Bottom line is that if you are having any problems with deco, thermal,
breathing or other, get checked out and get professional advice. Workout
and balanced diets are a known quantity, extreme measures are not.

What I am doing now has nothing to do with diving, nothing to do with
WKPP, as I was already in good enough diving condition a long time ago -
this is not to be copied emulated, glorified , condoned, accepted or
otheriwse given any legitiamte consideration. It is my own personal
insanity and may in fact work against me when we start diving, who
knows. It is a curiosity only, like Stones mapper , and is not necesary
to get the job done. I should have just gotten a girlfriend to go wtih
the Corvette and skipped the Iron Man, but you only get near 50 once.

Let's move on to productive topics and leave the idiosyncracies of our
totally insane dive team out of the picture. You forget why we are what
we are, and as JJ points out, "why do you think these are records". I
can answer that. Because we are nuts. Let's just leave that alone. The
"who's nuts in what way" part is why we succeed. I don't care what JJ
eats, what Volker eats, or what anyone eats. The body does what it needs
to do to offset all our our stupidity for as long as it can hold out. I
can attest to that.
