We do not put the TIPs of the fins on the ladder rungs, Joel. We step on
the ladder so the rung is more under the arch. No stress is placed on the
fins or straps.

A good T-ladder has very large rungs, with a non-slip treatment. Lots of
boats here have these. Many more do not, and I do not dive from them.

Oh, and I have spring straps - no rubber crap to break under any
circumstances.

Oh, this is a troll, right?
