Where can ordinary people get the Lar, and what price? I looked at Draeger's 
WWW site, and there I found the Lar; its canister and bag are in a backpack 
box, and the entry was marked as if it is for sale to military people only.

Are any rebreathers still being made with the breathing bag naked to the 
water rather than in a backpack box?

Re (1) decompressing on oxygen, (2) avoiding unnecessary extra clutter of kit, 
is there such a thing as a stab jacket which is also an oxygen rebreather?
