Yah Dave, We're all going to go back and start to use horse collar BCs, Stab Jackets and single regulators cause that's what you used to use right.... All the advancements and safety improvements that have been made should be ignored because Dave Sutton already has a system, and he says it works for him. Why then Dave have you not been able to justify one single point about why your equipment setup is optimal? Why then Dave do you keep getting corrected on this list? Dave people with attitudes like yours are one of the reasons we keep seeing discussions on this list about Doria deaths. Just because you haven't been killed yet, does not mean your system is optimal! Just because your equipment has not failed yet does not mean it won't! Plan for equipment failure and quite with the "In 25 years of diving I've never seen that happen" crap. I don't know how many times I seen crap like "Poney bottles failing? Never" from you. Seat of your pants diving is not what this list is about! This list is here for those of us who want to learn about better ways to survive this sport. This list is here to provide safer ways to dive, safer gas mixes and safer decos as better and newer information becomes available. This list is here so we can learn from the mistakes made by others and not repeat them. I'm really getting tired of your "tried and true" approach to diving.
