The 'trident' plastic clips were used extensivly on BC's manufactured in the UK
by AP valaves. They had problems with the plastic becoming soft with age. This
meant that the clip sometimes came apart without warning - particularly when
carrying twin cylinders. Having said that the deluxe Dive-Rite harness I use has
a similar clip on the left shoulder to enable that side of the harness to be
broken. Any body experienced problems with the Dive-Rite?
