Hi Pete,

Did I email you a copy already?  If not, I'll send you one.  However, I
got hints from a few folks that not all 400 people on techdiver would want
a copy of the report, so I've decided I will not post it to Techdiver (If
there's a way to get it on the Aquanaut, perhaps we can do that...JR?) 
Meanwhile, anyone who wants a copy should send ma short note and I'll zap
it off.  I've sent dozens of copies already...
