I've had several requests to post the Ian Rolland report on
Techdiver. It was written by Bill Stone and is a detailed accident
analysis of the circumstances surrounding the death of Ian Rolland during
their Huautla cave expedition last spring.  I've sent dozens of copies out
by private email, and I don't mind continuing this.  However, the report is
very interesting and insightful, and I think all technical divers should
consider reading it.  I am not a cave diver myself, but learned quite a bit
from it.  I don't want to force it down anyone's throat, but unless I
receive any objections by next week, I'll go ahead and post it on techdiver.
Meanwhile, anyone interested in a copy may email me directly.
